What's the Booking Process?
1. Complete a Booking Enquiry Form
You can either head straight to our Availability Calendar, go to our Contact Us page, Call, Whats App or Text Us us on 07921145847
2. We'll do some checks...
Before accepting any booking we must make sure we can provide our service at the requested address, we'll use Google street view or may even request pictures to help us see where we'll be parking to make sure it meets our needs.
3. Securing the Slot
We'll email you the booking details. At which point we'll hold your chosen slot but only for the next 24hrs, so be sure to complete the booking within this timeframe.
4. Booking Form and Deposit
The booking details is 2 easy steps. A quick online booking form then payment of a £100 deposit, this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
5. Booking Confirmation
You'll receive a booking confirmation email which features lots of great info on what to expect on the day of your Gaming Party to help you plan for a stress free party day!
6. Communication....
We'll be keeping in touch with a courtesy email 1 week before your gaming party and a text on the morning of your gaming party!
7. Final Payment
Required on the day of your Gaming Party and can be settled in Cash, by Card when we're with you or by Bank Transfer.
