HOW MANY KIDS? Up to 10 Kids age 7 to 13yo. We can not accommodate any gamers younger than age 7 or older than age 13. So be sure to plan your Next Level Gaming party experience accordingly.

1hr Gaming Bus Party - Great for after school, maybe their Birthday falls on a weekday? A great amount of gaming time for also fitting in food plans before or afterwards.

1.5hr Gaming Party - By far our most popular booked amount of gaming time. Not too short, not too long!... Just right!

2hr Gaming Party - Wow these lucky gamers are being treated! For a 2hr Gaming Bus Party we do recommend a quick 5 minute snack and drink break back in the house at half way. The kids love this! I guess it's like when we go to the theatre, we're loving the show but that half way interval is a perfect break before heading back in for more fun!

Additional Mileage Charges

1.5 & 2hr Party Prices cover up to 20 miles each way from us in RG63TE

21 to 25 miles away = add £25 to our standard prices

26 to 30 miles away = add £40 to our standard prices

31 to 35 miles away = add £55 to our standard prices

more than 35 miles away = priced accordingly

Please Note:

We don't offer 1hr parties with additional travel.
Depending on distance we may not always be able to offer parties with additional travel if the booking could cause delays to other parties on the same day.
Mileage calculation from Google Maps using most practical route for time of travel for fastest arrival.
We cover very few areas inside the M25. The Ulez charges of £12.50 will be added if the postcode is in the Ulez zone.

What's the Booking Process?

1. Complete a Booking Enquiry Form

You can either head straight to our Availability Calendar or go to our Contact Us page to send us your enquiry details, or Call, Whats App or Text Us us on 07921145847 to arrange your very own NEXT LEVEL GAMING, Gaming Van party.

2. We'll do some checks...

Before accepting any Gaming party booking we must make sure we can provide our service at the requested address, we'll use Google street view or may even request pictures to help us see where we'll be parking the Gaming Van to make sure it meets our needs. This ensures no parking issues on the day.

3. Securing the Slot

We'll email you the booking details. At which point we'll hold your chosen Gaming Bus party slot but only for the next 24hrs, so be sure to complete the booking within this timeframe.

4. Booking Form and Deposit

The booking details we'll send you is 2 easy steps. A quick online booking form, then payment of a £100 deposit, this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

5. Booking Confirmation

You'll receive a booking confirmation email which features lots of great info on what to expect on the day of your Gaming Bus Party to help you plan for a stress free party day!

6. Communication....

We'll be keeping in touch with a courtesy email 1 week before your gaming bus party and a text on the morning of your gaming bus party!

7. Final Payment

Required on the day of your Gaming Van Party and can be settled in Cash or by Card when we're with you, or by Bank Transfer.
