An increase to our prices may be applicable for some locations
We don't cover any areas in the Purple zone. Our standard prices cover up to a 40 minute journey from our base of RG6.
Booking info for Gaming Parties
Deposit
A deposit of £100 is required upon booking any event with us.
Payment
We can take payments via BACS, PayPal, Card and Cash. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at your Gaming Party by means of cash, card or bank transfer, we carry a mobile card reader so card payments are no problem.
On the Day
On the day we like to arrive up to half an hour ahead of your booked time to get our Gaming Van parked and have everything set up. Then its pretty quick for us to pack up afterwards and go on our way. We just need a double plug socket within 20 metres from the rear of the van.
Parking
If you are thinking of booking us for your Birthday or Event that’s Fantastic! But we ideally need your full Address to check that our Gaming Van will fit, access is ok and the parking surface is flat (slopes are not ideal) We can do this with Google Street View etc.
