What's the Booking Process?
1. Send us your details.
You can either Check Our Availability online, complete the enquiry form above or contact us by phone call, text or Whats App.
2. We'll do some checks...
Before accepting any booking we must make sure we can provide our service at the requested address, we'll use Google street view or may even request pictures to help us see where we'll be parking to make sure it meets our needs.
3. Securing the Slot
We'll email you the booking details. At which point we'll hold your chosen slot but only for the next 24hrs, so be sure to complete the booking within this timeframe.
4. Booking Form and Deposit
The booking details is 2 easy steps. A quick online booking form then payment of a £100 deposit, this can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
5. Booking Confirmation
You'll receive a booking confirmation email which features lots of great info on what to expect on the day of your Gaming Party to help you plan for a stress free party day!
6. Communication....
We'll be keeping in touch with a courtesy email 1 week before your gaming party and a text on the morning of your gaming party!
7. Final Payment
Required on the day of your Gaming Party and can be settled in Cash, by Card when we're with you or by Bank Transfer.

Booking Deposit
ONLY PAY THIS DEPOSIT IF WE HAVE OFFERED YOU A PARTY SLOT ON EMAIL / ANY DEPOSITS PAID PREMATURLY (BEFORE WE HAVE CONFIRMED AND OFFERED YOU YOUR CHOSEN SLOT) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN FULL DUE TO THE CHARGES WE PAY TO PAYPAL.
