Gaming Party Bus Prices

After School / Weekends / Half Terms / Inset Days 

Mon to Thurs   1.5hr Party - £200

Mon to Thurs   2hr Party - £245

Fri to Sun   1.5hr Party - £265

Fri to Sun   2hr Party - £315

£100 deposit upon booking / Balance - at the party. Flexible after school times - anytime up to a 5pm latest start.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

A full 1.5hrs or 2hrs Gaming Bus time (which ever is booked) / 1 friendly team member to run the party / Full use of everything inside the Gaming Bus / 60+ Top Games on every console / Your choice of our digital Party Invitation styles. 

HOW MANY KIDS?

Up to 10 Kids if all ages 7 to 11yo

or

Up to 9 Kids if any are age 12 or 13yo. 

We can not accommodate any gamers older than age 13.

Age: The youngest age group we cater for is Age 7 & 8 - Year 3 Children. From turning age 8 parties where some children may still be age 7. We do not cater for groups older than Age 13. Please contact us if you have any questions on this.

Max Occupancy: 

If all kids are between age 7 and 11 = Max 10 kids

If anyone is age 12 or 13 = Max 9 kids

Sadly we can not accommodate anyone under age 7 (even if just watching) nor can we accommodate anyone age 14 or older inside the Gaming Bus, mainly as our operator needs space to help where needed.  

Food: We do not provide food or drink, nor do we allow its consumption within the Gaming Van. Food is usually put on in the house for before or after the booked gaming time.  

VAT & Bank Hols: Our Gaming Party Prices are NOT subject to Vat. Bank Holidays are charged at Weekend rate
